F.A.Q.

Q: How do I see the hall before I book my event?

A: Hall rental showings are available Monday thru Friday 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Contact our Event Coordinator, Mike Pelletier to schedule your appointment today.

Q: When will I receive my security deposit back?

A: The security deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the event, provided the hall is left in satisfactory condition and there is no damage to the hall or premises.

Q: What does my hall rental fee include?

A: Four hours event time, table and chair setup and breakdown. Additional time, bar and kitchen use extra.

Q: How late can my event go?

A: Last call will be no later than 11:15 PM. All music will cease no later than 11:30 PM and all guests will leave the premises no later that 12:00 midnight.

Q: Do you provide vendors?

A: One of the things that makes us so unique is that you can work with a vendor of your choice. All vendors are under your care and responsibility, allowing you to meet your overall vision for the event.

Q: Can we bring alcohol?

A: No. All beverages, including soft drinks, must be procured from the Post Bar. Wine, champagne or punch (used for the toast) must be ordered in advance from the Function Hall Manager.
